With the utmost respect for the artist Nico leads the recording process with the emphasis on interpretation and musicality.
As a professional organist himself he has indepth knowledge of the instrument and its repertoire. Als his 20 years as stage manager at the Flemish Opera and Bayreuther Festspiele allows him to add a flexible and emotional side to the recordings.

As sound engineer Paul Baluwé has more than 30 years of experience. No church is the same and his ability to adapt to all situations and creating a harmonious sound for your instrument is his great talent.
